More Bottled Beers Since we launched our new bottle range in November 2007 we have seen a substantial demand for them, with us obtaining a number of significant new clients. Also due to this demand we have now launched three more of our beer range in bottles, they are Cupid, Emperor’s Whim and Et tu Brutus? (see our bottled beer page for more details). 100 not Out Last week saw Derventio Brewery reach the 100 brew mark (no telegram from the Queen though) in two years of trading. Due to the growth of the business we believe the 200 mark will come a lot quicker!!! New Products and Services Derventio Brewery have launched a number of new products (Brewery Tours, Day with the Brewer, Beer tasting Evenings etc.) and services (contract bottling, promotional bottles, roamin bar hire etc.). Saturday Openings You can now visit the Brewery on a Saturday between 10:00 and 14:00 to discuss our new products and services or simply buy some bottled beers. |

We are a 6 Barrel Micro Brewery located to the West of Derby City Centre at Trusley Brook Farm, Trusley . The name of the company is taken from the name of the Roman fort built in Little Chester, Derby around AD52-57, Derventio Coritanorvm. The actual name Derventio is Celtic in Origin from the words dyr “Oak Tree” and venta “market settlement” and literally means “The Market in the Oaks”. We commenced brewing at the beginning of March 2006. The Derventio team is John Baldock, Pete Nash and Martin Roden |
